Conference review

THANK YOU

Thank you to all our higher education members and exhibitors who supported and participated in the 2018 PURCO SA Conference and Exhibition.

We had almost 600 participants at the event this year, with 94 exhibition stands - a new record for PURCO SA despite the difficult economic times.

As usual, the three day conference, exhibition and associated evening functions provided an unparalleled opportunity to learn, connect with your higher education colleagues, engage with suppliers, and have a little fun.

The 2018 event was specifically tailored to deliver value to each of our delegates and to facilitate maximimum engagement with the almost 600 higher education professionals and suppliers who attend the event.

We received very positive feedback regarding the event, meeting our objective to deliver a compelling programme of keynote addresses, panel discussions, teambuilding and social activities in line with the 2018 theme of PEOPLE, PLANET, PROFIT.

In developing the event structure and programme our Organising Committee paid careful attention to delegate needs and the opportunity to create opportunities for learning, sustainability and financial prosperity: we are thrilled that delegates are telling us we succeeded.

Feedback also indicates that the event helped you to grow existing and build new relationships with our community, while helping our higher education members identify and engage with the best suppliers for each of the commodities and services managed by PURCO SA. We worked hard to enhance the event and hope that we succeeded in helping you create a decisive advantage for your institutions and organisations - and for you personally.

Thank you to all those who supported and participated. To those who were unable to be at the event this year, we hope to see you at the 2019 Conference and Expo which will be hosted by the KwaZulu-Natal Regional Committee. They have already started planning and will deliver another stunning, valuable event.
