Your Contact Record
This section will guide you through managing your contact record, including how to update your registration details and view your contact record.
Editing Registration Details (First Name, Last Name, Email)
To edit your personal details like your first name, last name, and email address:

Navigate to the Account Profile page.

Click on the Edit tab at the top of the page.
- This tab will take you to a form where you can update your first name, last name, and email address.

Make the necessary changes and click Save.
Note: You can no longer change your organisation details (like company name) in this section. If changes are needed for your organisation, refer to Manage Your Organisation Profile page.
Viewing Your Contact Record
If you want to access your detailed contact information within the CRM system:

On your Account Profile page, click on the link labeled View contact record.
- This will redirect you to your contact record in the CRM system.
Accessing the Contact Summary
The contact summary provides a detailed view of your contact information, including your interactions and other relevant data. This summary is helpful if you need to review or update your contact details within the system:
- On your contact record page, you can view a summary of all your activities and relationships.
- Any updates to your contact information can be made from the CRM system contact summary interface.
