User Approval
If you are a user who has a Profile Editor role for your organisation, you have the ability to approve or reject users who have made requests to join your organisation. (See User Roles and Permissions for more information.) Only users who are employees of your organisation, or should be permitted to act on behalf of your organisation within the system, should be approved to join your organisation.
Accessing the User Approval Page
Click "User approval" under the user menu (containing your name), this item will not appear for users who are not Profile Editors.
You will be presented with a list of any users with pending requests that have not yet been handled. Note that as a Profile Editor, you will receive an email notification whenever a user has requested to join your organisation.
Approving Users
- Check the checkbox of the row of one or more users who you wish to approve.
- Click the "Approve" button.
The selected users are now associated with your organisation and removed from this list of pending requests.
Rejecting Users
Follow the same steps as above, but use the "Reject" button in order to reject the selected users from joining your organisation. Their pending requests will be removed and they will be removed from this list.
