Why Use CiviCRM for Email?

Send Email vs. CiviMail

Unsubscribe Handling for CiviMail:
CiviMail requires unsubscribe links. Recipients in a Group are unsubscribed from the Group if they opt out. For search results, recipients must be added to a Group to manage unsubscribe requests.
Personalization with Tokens

From Email Addresses
