INVITATION TO TENDER
PUR 3900/1: PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR GENERAL BUILDING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE AT VARIOUS SABS SITES.
PURCO SA on behalf of SABS invites all interested parties to submit tender proposals for the provision of general building repairs and maintenance at various SABS sites. The contract will be split into 9 different operational sites (Groenkloof, NEFTA, Middleburg, Secunda, Cape Town, KZN, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth and East London). Tender documents can be purchased at a non-refundable fee of R500, 00 (VAT included) on the PURCO SA website.

In order to download the tender document, the steps below should be followed:
- Visit www.purcosa.co.za
- Click on required RFP in the block provided for Tenders and RFP’s
- Click on the pay now button.
- System will make documentation available for downloading, immediately after payment was concluded.
Completed tender documents should be in 3(three) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (CD or USB) and submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed with the contract name and contract number. The sealed envelope must be placed in the tender box at the main reception area of PURCO SA: CSIR Northern Entrance, Building 10F, Meiring Naude Drive, Brummeria, Pretoria
