Provision of Professional Services for Main Access Points of Main Campus
An online non-compulsory tender briefing/clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place on Friday, 13th of September 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00. Tenderers are required to register to attend the non-compulsory online Information Session. Register at purcosa.co.za/tenders no later than 09h00 on the 13th of September 2024. A confirmation email will be sent to tenderers with the online meeting details. Note that non-registration is not a disqualifying factor.
The project entails the upgrade of vehicle and pedestrian Access Gates for the Main Gate & Robot Gate in Andries Potgieter Blvd and for Bedworth gate at Zeus Street in Bedworth Park. The access gates upgrading is linked to biometric equipment to be installed at all the new entrances which will be linked to the future Central Command Building. All three gates will receive an automated main vehicle gate to the front and rear, a centrally placed guard house, new turnstiles and surveillance cameras. Bedworth Gate will have turnstiles and a new guardhouse.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS
- Tender submissions will be electronic. You will be required to upload your bid documents into our secure electronic TenderBox.
- After you have purchased the tender (and attended any Information Session if required) the user who purchased the tender document will be able to access the Tender documentation and the Tenderbox submission page.
- Your uploaded Bid Files will be saved in a secure folder on the PURCO SA server.
- Your Bid Files are not accessible by PURCO SA or anyone on the Bid Committee until after the tender submission deadline.
- Your original uploaded files and submitted information cannot be edited by PURCO SA staff.
- PURCO SA staff will be able to see that you have made a submission before the submission deadline but can only access the bid details and your Bid documents after the submission deadline.

All payments will be processed online through our Payfast facility. No manual payments will be accepted.
Please note that Payfast does not accept card payments from Business Accounts so if you wish to pay by credit card use a card linked to a personal account.

No refunds and transfers
