Service Providers who are interested in the supply of Cleaning Services to the North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus)(hereinafter referred to as the “NWU”), as specified herein, and in accordance with the General and Specific Conditions of Tender, are requested to complete these documents in full, place them in a new envelope, seal and mark the envelope with the tender number given above and, either post it to the address or place it in the tender box at the building mentioned, or courier it to reach the NWU (tender box) no later than the closing time and date given below.

Suppliers are reminded that contracts with PURCO SA will encompass the specific products and services specified in the tender as well as all related transactions.

Only Tender Documents received before the closing date and time will be considered. No exceptions will be made for late submissions.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS
- Tender submissions will be electronic. You will be required to upload your bid documents into our secure electronic TenderBox.
- You will be provided with the website link to the TenderBox after you have purchased the tender (and attended any Information Session if required).
- Your uploaded Bid File will be saved in a secure folder on the PURCO SA server.
- Your Bid File will be not be accessible by PURCO SA or anyone on the Bid Committee until after the closing date.
- Your original uploaded files cannot be edited by PURCO SA staff.

PURCO SA staff will be advised of your submission when you submit this form, but can only access your Bid documents after the closing date.
- Completed tender documents should be saved on to a USB memory stick.
- Place the USB and hard copy version of your tender documents in a sealed envelope endorsed with the contract name and contract number.

Documentation is available in electronic format only.
All payments will be processed online through our Payfast facility. No manual payments will be accepted.
Please note that Payfast does not accept card payments from Business Accounts so if you wish to pay by credit card use a card linked to a personal account.
After payment you will be redirected to your supplier dashboard to download the tender document/s.

No refunds and transfers
Make sure you are purchasing the correct tender.
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
PURCO SA will not approve requests for refunds or request that your payment be transferred to another tender.
Note the following Information Session details:
A compulsory information session will be held on 16 July 2018 at 08:30 to answer any questions that may arise from the tender documents and the tender process.
For the venue address, please purchase AND download the document - the document needs to accompany the person who is completing the tender document, to the information session and site inspections.
Compulsory site inspection/s will take place directly after the compulsory information session and will continue for the 17th, 18th and 19th of July 2018.
Any Tenderer who fails to attend the compulsory information session and site inspection/s will be disqualified. The Tenderer will be required to sign an attendance register on the date of the session as proof of attendance.
Tenderers will be required to attend both compulsory information and site inspection/s sessions at Potchefstroom Campus.
