CPUT - Bus Transport Services
The Cape Peninsula University of Technology, together with PURCO SA, invites Bus Operators, fully qualified and equipped, with busses seating 60 - 65 passengers who are interested in rendering Bus Transport Services to the Campuses of Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

Only Tender Documents received before the closing date and time will be considered. No exceptions will be made for late submissions.

No refunds and transfers

PURCO SA will not approve requests for refunds or request that your payment be transferred to another tender.
Note the following Information Session details:
Compulsory information session:
Bellville Campus: 19 September 2016 (time and venue details are available in the tender document)
NB: Tender document to be purchased and downloaded before the compulsory information session and to be brought along to the information session. The individual who is to complete the tender document is to be present at the compulsory information session.
NOTE: INFORMATION SESSION
An attendance register will be signed during the compulsory information session;
All attendees must ensure that they sign the Attendance Register provided on site. The register will only be available for signature to respondents who arrived before the advertised times;
Only submissions from respondents who attended the Compulsory Information Session will be considered;
Respondents need to ensure that they are in possession of a full set of bid documents when attending the information session;
Participants are requested to ensure that the person who would be authorised to complete the bid documents also attend the information session.
Bid documents shall only be obtainable from date of the advertisement of this bid in the media until 17h00 on Sunday, 18 September 2016. No documents will be issued after this deadline and prospective bidders need to ensure that they have the documents available when attending the Information Session.
Bid documents shall be available upon payment of a non-refundable levy of R1140.00 (inclusive of VAT) on the PURCO SA website at www.purcosa.co.za:

Only offers from prospective Service Providers who attended the Compulsory Information Session will be accepted. An attendance register will be signed at the compulsory Information Session. The compulsory Information Session will take place on the date, time and at the venue as indicated in this document.
Prospective bidders must ensure that they enter the venue where the Information Session is to be held before the advertised time. Registration of participants shall start an hour before the actual information session and end five (5) minutes before commencement of the proceedings. Respondents are requested to be on time as no person arriving after commencement of the proceedings will be allowed access to the venue.
