How to Submit a Question

  1. Navigate to the Tender Page:

    • After purchasing a tender, go to the tender page. Scroll down and below the tender details you will find a Q&A section dedicated to questions and comments.

  2. Post a Question:

    • In the Q&A section, click on the Ask a Question button or type your question in the provided field.
    • Submit your question. It will be emailed to the tender author and their manager for review and approval.
    • Your question will not be visible until it has been reviewed and approved or answered.
  3. Approval Process:

    • Once submitted, your question will not immediately be visible to other buyers. The tender author will review your question and approve it for publication.
    • You and all other bidders will receive an email alert when your question is approved and answered.
  4. Viewing Responses:

    • Once your question is answered, both the question and the answer will be visible in the Q&A section of the tender page for you and other bidders.
    • You can revisit the tender page at any time to review the full Q&A history.
    • When a question is approved or answered an email notification alert will be sent to you and all bidders. Below is an example of the email alert.
