Resetting Your Password

If you forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Under the Login menu select "Request new password".
  2. Enter your email or username, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
    Ensure you enter a valid and correctly spelt username or password
  3. The system will email a password reset email to the email address associated with the username, or to the email address provided if there is a user associated with the email.
  4. Click on the link in the email to reset your password and login. The link expires after 24 hours.

If you don't receive the password reset email

  • Check your spam filter
  • If the email is not in your spam filter contact PURCO SA at (011) 545 0940 or email info@purcosa.co.za
