Format of Submission

1. The upload page has separate upload fields for each of the bid requirements.
2. For example, there are separate upload fields for Mandatory Requirements:
   • B-BBEE certificate
   • Tax clearance certificate
   • Annual Financial Statements
   • etc.
     
3. There are separate upload fields for your Functionality / Technical requirements:
   • e.g. customer references
     
4. Prepare all the required documents for the bid as separate files.
5. You will need to upload a PDF copy of the entire signed Tender Document.
6. You will be required to upload separate files for each of the Mandatory and Functionality requirements listed in the tender document.
7. Save all of your documents as PDF files unless otherwise specified in the Tender Document (specified formats can also be seen by referring to the online TenderBox form).
8. The maximum file size for uploaded files is 80MB. If your files are larger than this limit you will need to reduce the size of the file.
