Questions about the tender and what you need to submit (Non-system questions)

  • Review the e-Tenderbox well before the deadline so you know exactly what content and in what format is required.
  • Questions and answers about the content of your tender submission must be submitted using the Q&A Question system

Questions about the system and submission process

iI you need help with system issues such as logging in, finding the tender submission page, not receiving submission confirmation emails or other system related technical issues:

  • Phone PURCO SA at 011 545 0940, or email the contact person provided for the tender. 
  • The PURCO SA general email address is info@purcosa.co.za
  • You can also submit a technical question using the Q&A Question system. Your questions will automatically be emailed to the tender author and their manager.
  • If necessary, PURCO SA will refer you to the website system administrator.
