Bid Security and Integrity

  1. Secure server
    The PURCO SA website is hosted in a secure data centre with built-in security monitoring and autonomous attack prevention systems. Strict web server and firewall monitoring services are in place.
  2. Secure data transfer
    The website uses HTTPS encryption and the Perfect Forward Secrecy protocol for secure data transfer.
  3. Secure data storage
    Your uploaded files are stored securely on the PURCO SA server.
  4. No access till closing date
    Bid files are not accessible to PURCO SA staff or any Bid Committee until after the closing deadline. Access is automatically opened to authorised users  immediately after the deadline.
  5. File and bid access is strictly controlled
    Access to submitted Bid Files is restricted on a per-tender basis to a controlled list of staff and committee members.
  6. PURCO SA staff and bid committees are not able to change your bid.
  7. Audit trail
    The system records more than a million logs and  timestamps of logins, sent emails, file uploads, user submissions and other system processes.
  8. No submissions after closing date
    The TenderBox upload page is deactivated immediately after the closing deadline to prevent late submissions.
