Sarah Rice
Chief People Officer, Skynamo
Sarah Rice has worked in the South African technology environment as a public relations and communication strategist for 20 years. She’s engaged with clients of all sizes and levels of maturity, from co-working spaces to incubators, start-ups to established businesses, fintech to edtech to blockchain and beyond.
In 2019 Sarah moved her focus to people and culture with field sales management CRM and mobile ordering app Skynamo. This gives her the opportunity to use her experience in communications to support the team and create an environment where people are challenged to do their best work.
Sarah’s role as Chief People Officer involves driving recruitment of the best talent, coaching on team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop staff.
