Felicia joined PURCO SA in 2021, following a successful career as a Procurement practitioner in diverse industries, including Aviation, Local government, and FMCG. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a Contracts Manager. With over 11 years of experience in Procurement, Felicia has honed her skills in Strategic sourcing, Contract negotiation, Contracts management and Supplier relationship management. Her extensive background allows her to navigate complex procurement challenges with ease, ensuring optimal outcomes for PURCO SA and its Membership.

Having attained a Postgraduate degree, Felicia is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, with a key focus on how the regulatory frameworks, environmental attitudes and environmental concerns impact on green purchasing behavior.

As a Contracts Manager, heading the National Framework Agreements, Felicia oversees a wide range of procurement activities, leveraging her industry knowledge and strategic insights to drive value and efficiency across the organization. She has successfully finalized various significant National Framework Agreements ensuring maximum savings for Member institutions by leveraging economies of scale and consolidated spending.
