Rodney Delomoney is Chartered Accountant with approximately 28 years of professional experience. He is a peoples person with a strong value system: disciplined, committed and hard working who conducts himself professionally and ethically at all times. 

Rodney prides himself in delivering quality services and has the necessary skills, experience and knowledge to operate in different industries ranging from manufacturing, oil and gas, transport, retail, private and public education, mining, construction, non-profits (NGO's), security etc. 

He is passionate about training and development of individuals, believing people are the biggest asset in any organisation. He is able to lead, manage, motivate and build strong teams to deliver on deadlines and organisation goals. 

Rodney's professional experience includes specialist knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS reporting, auditing, assurance and risk management, financial management, taxation, treasury & cash flow management, managerial accounting and costing. He also has operational experience having been closely involved with commercial teams, sales & marketing, HR, IT, regulatory compliance and facilities management. His strategic finance management experience at Executive and BOARD level includes financial turnarounds, cash flow enhancement and financial sustainability, business process optimization's, participation on strategic growth and expansion initiatives as well as funding and investment decisions.

Rodney is an experienced BOARD member having been involved at Executive level in his capacity as Finance Director, Executive Director - Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer, as well as being a member of other Board Committees and Chair of Committees as well.
