Sboniso holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration, a National Diploma in Public Management, a Certificate in Public Procurement and Supply Chain and a Certificate in Business Management.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the procurement field.  His expertise lies in developing and implementing appropriate policies, business processes and procedures, and he is well versed in developing and maintaining an annual supply chain strategy and implementing departmental operational plans. 

His core competencies include procurement, public procurement, public management, public finance and budgeting, business management, supply chain management, cost management and risk management.
